Excellent Electrical System
Hicoda CDDR series electric reach stackers adopt excellent electrical system to guarantee outstanding performance. Curtis controller is the main brand we use for our full range warehouse equipments, it is a worldwide famous brand and widely used in forklift industry with trusted quality. Besides this, Hicoda electric reach stackers also use AC drive motor, which doesn’t need carbon bush and saves your maintenance cost in the long run. Usually 24V/210Ah lead acid battery is the standard power for this series trucks, but if you need longer working time, a bigger capacity battery or lithium-ion battery is also optional.
Fit Various Applications
For standard electric pallet stackers, as they are equipped with wielded forks, it’s hard for them to enter double-sided pallets due to limited inner height. The pallet will be broken once lifting forks over than pallet’s inner height. But with Hicoda electric reach stacker, this problem can be solved easily.. Hicoda CDDR sereis electric reach stackers are equipped with forged forks, which can fit both single-sided and double-sided pallets. Which is suitable for food, beverage, packaging, supermarkets and logistics industries.
Narrower Aisle Width with Moving Mast Design
If you don’t have much space for counterbalanced forklifts, A Hicoda battery reach stacker maybe your good choice. With Moving mast design, our reach stacker can load/unload goods from racks without truck body going forward constantly. Which can work in narrower aisle around 2.7 meters if with closed pedal, it’s usually 1 meter narrower than counterbalanced forklift with similar capacity. The capacity 1.5 – 2 tons with 3 – 5.5 m can also meet main requirements.
Customized Solutions for Customer’s Warehouse
This customer’s warehouse is with limited roof height and working aisle width. In order to make our reach stacker as compact as possible, Hicoda technical team designs special lifting height with suitable closed mast height, then we also cancel standard pedal to shorten overall length. With electric powering steering, the operator can control our truck easily in daily use.
